We are excited to announce that Hope Dance is joining the Clarity team as our new Member Success Manager.

Hope has a strong passion for building lasting relationships and a deep commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. She is outgoing, organized, and forward-thinking. And asks inquisitive questions that others might overlook.

Contributing to the success of our members

Hope previously worked in accountancy for four years at Kreston Reeves in Business Services, where she gained valuable experience working with clients in various industries. Leveraging her expertise in customer engagement and problem-solving, Hope will work closely with our members to understand their unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive their success.

Outside work

 

Outside of work, Hope enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, as well as playing golf. If you have ever met her then you know she’s always got something to say and loves to meet new people and make new connections. Hope lives in Kent and has a disabled brother who has four-limbed cerebral palsy, and who she helps care for, which also means she gets to spend a lot of time with family.
