Action Plan Refurb

We have launched our brand new, interactive Action Plan. This new interface allows you to co-create, with your client, their priority tasks to help them get to their ideal future. Visually sort tasks (you can add your own templates for industries etc) , then prioritise those tasks with the client. We have also included a section on the additional services that your firm can provide/aid with, so that you are naturally prompted to book in more work with them. These additional services are centred around helping your client get focus, and then also delegates responsibility and provide accountability by assigning those prioritised tasks and entering a deadline for both your client and firm. 

Manual Entry Update

Manual entry now mimics the P&L and balance sheet, making it even easier and quicker than before.

Visually tell a story of the clients numbers by following the Business Advisory journey that is now within the Clarity platform. 

Sage Partnership

We are delighted to announce that our integration with Sage Accounting is now live and we are listed on the Sage Marketplace. This partnership is a fantastic way for Clarity to help empower more accountants help small business to boss it! Get more of your clients onboard Clarity (and onto the cloud).

Platform General Updates

A number of updates have been made to make your experience as smooth as possible. These include;

  • You can now filter by firm data tags in Portfolio View. This is an easy way to segment the data in Portfolio View, for example, by manager of by service.
  • You are now able to see the biggest positives and negatives on the Financial Plan Performance. This enables you to easily identify the main talking points to discuss with your client in Financial Plan. You can now visually see plan vs actual, which is a great way to prompt junior members of your team to discuss why these numbers differ from what was expected and map out what you are going to do about it.
  • Direct debit initiated in the UK. Exactly as it says on the tin – you can now pay for your Clarity membership through direct debit if you are in the UK.
