Auto-renewal

Your Clarity subscription will automatically renew, and your card will be automatically charged the then current fees for the Clarity subscription type or service(s) you’ve selected on a recurring basis until you cancel your Clarity subscription.

Cancellation

If you cancel your Clarity subscription during your offer, discount or special promotion period, you will be charged for the remainder of the period duration. For further details on cancellation, see Section 3 of the terms for more details – https://clarity-hq.com/terms-of-service/ 

Pricing and Other Terms

Promotional pricing and initial periods for free cannot be combined with other offers. Any promotional offers are available for a limited time only. Pricing, terms, features and support are subject to change by Clarity at any time. See the terms page https://clarity-hq.com/terms-of-service/ for additional terms.

Initial Periods For Free

If you have elected to buy a paid subscription, you are not eligible for the initial period for free. If you have elected for the initial period for free with your subscription, your initial free period will expire after the agreed number of days. At this point your credit card will be charged based on your chosen subscription level.

Benchmarking Offers and Fair Usage

If you have elected to buy a Clarity Benchmarking subscription you will continue to receive the offer for the specified period of time. However, once you cancel your Clarity Benchmarking and/or Clarity membership subscription, or payment has successively failed, your offer will no longer be valid and the full price will be applicable upon restarting your Clarity Benchmarking subscription.

Fair usage of Benchmarking reports ins 25 reports per month. Thereafter, each additional report produced each month will include a small additional fee. See the Benchmarking report fees here – https://clarity-hq.com/benchmarking-report-pricing
