Clarity Benchmarking Report Fair Usage Policy

Clarity implements a fair usage policy to ensure that all of our members can have the best possible experience when using the Clarity platform.

We expect that the majority of our members will not be impacted by this Clarity Benchmarking Report Fair Usage Policy. However, when producing Benchmarking Reports on the Clarity platform:

You can generate 25 Benchmarking Reports per calendar month for free.
Thereafter each report generated will be charged at $3.00 plus sales tax, where relevant, for the remainder of that month.

If in Clarity’s reasonable opinion, you are abusing the service in a way which exceeds fair usage, we may ask you to moderate your behaviour. We may in extreme or persistent cases, suspend or even terminate your access to Clarity’s services.
