Matt is a friendly Australian who loves to chat. Forming business relationships and getting to know people is what Matt really enjoys.
Matt has worked in the accounting industry for 10 years. 5 years as an accountant in Australia and 5 years in the app ecosystem working for Xero, Practice Ignition & Pixie (both in Australia and the UK).
Matt joins Clarity with a wealth of experience in client relations, sales and account management and is looking to take Clarity to the next level through community involvement, customer and business relationships.
At Clarity, Matt heads up the community team.
Although primarily responsible for building the community and creating and delivering a support system for members who do not get access to the Member Success team, Matt is also responsible for handling all online support tickets. He will be using his existing knowledge, experience and expertise in special projects and to support marketing, partnerships and product development.
Outside of work Matt loves playing rugby, cricket and hitting the gym. He recently became a dog dad to Moose the golden retriever. He lives with his partner in London and can’t wait to do some travel around Europe soon. Matt also loves working in the community through various charities such as A21 and Beyond Blue. Being a part of a community really drives Matt and brings the best out of him.
