Information regarding auto-renewal, cancellation, pricing and other terms when signing up with an offer
Your Clarity subscription will automatically renew, and your card will be automatically charged the then current fees for the Clarity subscription type or service(s) you’ve selected on a recurring basis until you cancel or delete your Clarity subscription.
To cancel your Clarity subscription, you must provide one calendar month’s notice. You can do so by emailing the team or contacting support within Clarity using the intercom button. If you cancel your Clarity subscription, you will still be charged for the notice period. See Section 3 of the terms for more details – https://clarity-hq.com/terms.
Pricing and other terms
Promotional pricing and initial periods for free cannot be combined with other offers. Any promotional offers are available for a limited time only. Initial periods for free
If you have elected to buy a paid subscription, you are not eligible for the initial period for free. If you have elected for the initial period for free with your subscription, your initial free period will expire after the agreed number of days. At this point your credit card will be charged based on your chosen subscription level.
